The Great American West: Part 3

January 1, 2011

Now safe and a little warmer on the West Coast, we nestled in Santa Barbara for a few days including NYE last night with our dear friend Julie Pointer. With a clean-wash from recent torrential rains in California the coastline was open and crisp. We head south today to my homelands of San Diego. Hope you all had a great New Year’s Eve. Here’s to black-eyed peas.

1, 2 & 3: Butterfly Beach, Santa Barbara, California

4 & 5: The home of Karis Van Noord & Linnea Koopmans

Love the images, as always, but the black eyed peas reference almost made me choke on a mouthful of tea. Thanks for jarring lose a memory I’ve been meaning to blog about!

Wishing you a prosperous, joyous and happy 2011!
