Guests: Andrew & Carissa Gallo
Todays guests are Andrew & Carissa Gallo. I met this creative tandem while working with Kinfolk earlier this year and am so glad to have crossed paths. After their initial meeting in Carissa’s hometown of San Diego, they’re now based in Andrew’s hometown of Washington DC. There is a great amount of crossover with their respective work, with Andrew busy making films and Carissa focusing on photography. They have a joint blog they keep and are currently working on projects for Issue 2 of Kinfolk as well as a co-curated photo-blog from Carissa called Two. On a personal note, the Gallo’s are leaving soon for Africa, where they’ll be adopting a girl from Uganda.
