Edes & Gill
September 2, 2011

Edes & Gill’s print shop opened last April in the lovely and historic Clough House (built in 1712). The old style of printing along with working prototypes of the historic machinery is operated daily here by the two eccentric printers that don hand-sewn apparel and accoutrements from the American Colonial era in true living-history fashion. My friend Michael and I happened upon this time-machine of a print shop on a walk on the Freedom Trail in Boston.
